A new beta release of our virtual appliance, CloVR beta-0.2, is now available for download. The new release includes updates to the pipelines for CloVR-16S, CloVR-Microbe, and CloVR-Metagenomics.

A beta release of our virtual machine, CloVR beta-0.1, is now available for download, together with test data sets. CloVR contains the preliminary pipelines CloVR-Search, CloVR-Microbe, CloVR-Metagenomics, and CloVR-16S.

CloVR was presented as a poster at ISMB in Boston. A PDF of the poster (4MB) is available.
